حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي حَفْصَةَ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ أَنَّهُ كَانَ" لَا يُوَرِّثُ وَلَدَ الزِّنَا، وَإِنْ ادَّعَاهُ الرَّجُلُ "

English Translation

It was narrated from Ibrahim that he said: the child of fornication inherits from his mother and the maternal relatives (ahl al-umm) inherit from him.
