حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ ، عَنْ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، أَوْ يُو

نُسَ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ : فِي أَوْلَادِ الزِّنَا، قَالَ :" يَتَوَارَثُونَ مِنْ قِبَلِ الْأُمَّهَاتِ، وَإِنْ وَلَدَتْ تَوْءَمًا فَمَاتَ، وَرِثَ السُّدُسَ "
