حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ . ح وحَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ : أَنَّهُمَا قَالَا :" وَلَاؤُهُ لِمَنْ بَدَأَ بِالْعِتْقِ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ "
English Translation
It was narrated from 'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said regarding a slave owned by partners — when they freed him: the walaa' belongs to all of them proportionally to their shares.
