حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ : " فِي الرَّجُلِ يُوصِي

بِأَكْثَرَ مِنْ الثُّلُثِ فَرَضِيَ الْوَرَثَةُ، قَالَ :هُوَ جَائِزٌ ". قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد : أَجَزْنَاهُ يَعْنِي فِي الْحَيَاةِ

English Translation
It was narrated from al-Hasan that he was asked about a man who bequeaths more than one-third and the heirs consent. He said: "It is valid." Abu Muhammad (al-Darimi) explained: meaning when approved during the testator's lifetime.
