َلَاءِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ : " أَنَّ أَبَاهُ زِيَادَ بْنَ مَطَرٍ أَوْصَى، فَقَالَ :وَصِيَّتِي مَا اتَّفَقَ عَلَيْهِ فُقَهَاءُ أَهْلِ الْبَصْرَةِ ، فَسَأَلْتُ، فَاتَّفَقُوا عَلَى الْخُمُسِ "

English Translation
It was narrated from al-'Ala' ibn Ziyad that his father Ziyad ibn Matar made a will and said: "My bequest is whatever the jurists of Basra agree upon." He inquired, and they agreed on one-fifth.
