حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمْ
Body (Matn)
زَةَ ، عَنْ أبي وَهْبٍ ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ ، قَالَ :" أَمْرُ الْوَصِيِّ جَائِزٌ فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ، إِلَّا فِي الِابْتِيَاعِ، وَإِذَا بَاعَ بَيْعًا لَمْ يُقِلْ "، وَهُوَ رَأْيُ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَمْزَةَ

English Translation
It was narrated from Makhul that he said: "The executor's authority is valid in all matters except purchasing — and if he makes a sale, it cannot be rescinded." This was also the view of Yahya ibn Hamza.
