أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ

English Translation
It was narrated from Yahya that he said: "If the judge has doubts about an executor, he does not dismiss him but appoints another person alongside him." This was also the view of al-Awza'i.
