حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ ، أنبأنا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي السَّفَرِ ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ : " فِي رَجُلٍ

أَوْصَى فِي غَلَّةِ عَبْدِهِ بِدِرْهَمٍ، وَغَلَّتُهُ سِتَّةٌ، قَالَ :لَهُ سُدُسُهُ "

English Translation
It was narrated from al-Sha'bi that he was asked about a man who bequeathed one dirham from his slave's earnings while the slave's earnings were six dirhams. He said: "The recipient gets one-sixth of the slave."
