Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، " سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَوْصَى وَلَه
ُ أَخٌ مُوسِرٌ، أَيُوصِ لَهُ؟ قَالَ :نَعَمْ، وَإِنْ كَانَ رَبَّ عِشْرِينَ أَلْفًا، ثُمَّ قَالَ : وَإِنْ كَانَ رَبَّ مِائَةِ أَلْفٍ، فَإِنَّ غِنَاهُ لَا يَمْنَعُهُ الْحَقَّ "

English Translation
It was narrated from al-Hasan that he was asked: a man is making a will and has a wealthy brother — should he bequeath to him? He said: "Yes, even if he is worth twenty thousand. Then he said: even if he is worth one hundred thousand — his wealth does not bar him from his right."
