English Translation

It was narrated from Hisham, from his father, that al-Zubayr made his houses a charitable endowment (sadaqa) for his sons — not to be sold and not to be inherited — and that a divorced daughter of his who is returned to her family may reside there without causing harm or being harmed. But if she remarries (becomes independent), she has no right (to residence).
