حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعَلَّى بْنُ أَسَدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ نَبْهَانَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمُ بْنُ بَهْدَلَةَ ، عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُو

لُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" خِيَارُكُمْ مَنْ تَعَلَّمَ الْقُرْآنَ، وَعَلَّمَ الْقُرْآنَ "، قَالَ : فَأَخَذَ بِيَدِي، فَأَقْعَدَنِي هَذَا الْمَقْعَدَ أُقْرِئُ

English Translation

It was narrated from Mus'ab ibn Sa'd, from his father Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The best of you are those who learn the Quran and teach the Quran." He said: He (Abu 'Abd al-Rahman) took me by the hand and made me sit in this seat where I teach.
