English Translation
It was narrated from al-Mughira ibn Subi' (may Allah be pleased with him) — who was a companion of 'Abdullah — that he said: "Whoever recites ten verses from al-Baqarah before sleeping will not forget the Quran: four verses from its beginning, the Verse of the Throne, the two verses after it, and three from its end." Ishaq said: "'Will not forget' means he will not forget what he has already memorized." Abu Muhammad added: "Some say: al-Mughira ibn Sami'."
