حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا صَالِحٌ الْمُرِّيُّ ، ع
Body (Matn)
َنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ ، رَفَعَهُ قَالَ :" مَنْ شَهِدَ الْقُرْآنَ حِينَ يُفْتَحُ، فَكَأَنَّمَا شَهِدَ فَتْحًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ، وَمَنْ شَهِدَ خَتْمَهُ حِينَ يُخْتَمُ، فَكَأَنَّمَا شَهِدَ الْغَنَائِمَ حِينَ تُقْسَمُ "

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Qilaba in a marfu' chain that he said: "Whoever is present when the Quran recitation begins is as though he witnessed a conquest in the path of Allah. And whoever is present at its completion when it is finished is as though he witnessed the spoils being distributed."
