Chain of Narration (Isnad)
حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا صَال
Body (Matn)
ِحٌ الْمُرِّيُّ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، قَالَ :" كَانَ رَجُلٌ يَقْرَأُ فِي مَسْجِدِ الْمَدِينَةِ ، وَكَانَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ قَدْ وَضَعَ عَلَيْهِ الرَّصَدَ، فَإِذَا كَانَ يَوْمُ خَتْمِهِ، قَامَ فَتَحَوَّلَ إِلَيْهِ "

English Translation
It was narrated from Qatada that he said: "A man used to recite in the mosque of Medina, and Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) had stationed a spy to watch him. When it was the day of his completion, Ibn 'Abbas would rise and go to him."
