Arabic Text
أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ
وَهْبِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ ، عَنْ أَخِيهِ ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" لَا تُلْحِفُوا بِي فِي الْمَسْأَلَةِ فَوَاللَّهِ لَا يَسْأَلُنِي أَحَدٌ شَيْئًا فَأُعْطِيَهُ وَأَنَا كَارِهٌ، فَيُبَارَكَ لَهُ فِيهِ "

English Translation
It was narrated from Muawiyah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Do not importune me with requests, for by Allah, if any one of you asks me for something and I give it to him while I am averse to it, there will be no blessing in it for him.'
