أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِي

زِ بْنِ صُهَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" تَسَحَّرُوا فَإِنَّ فِي السُّحُورِ بَرَكَةً "

English Translation
It was narrated from Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Eat the pre-dawn meal (suhur), for indeed there is blessing in the suhur.'
