Arabic Text
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الرِّفَاعِيُّ ، وَإِسْحَاق بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْعَقَدِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ الْمَدَينِيُّ ، عَنْ بِلَالِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ ، عَنْ
أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ رَضِيَ اللهِ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ : كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا رَأَى الْهِلَالَ، قَالَ :" اللَّهُمَّ أَهِلَّهُ عَلَيْنَا بِالْأَمْنِ وَالْإِيمَانِ، وَالسَّلَامَةِ وَالْإِسْلَامِ، رَبِّي وَرَبُّكَ اللَّهُ "

English Translation
It was narrated from Talhah (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Prophet ﷺ saw the new crescent, he would say: 'O Allah, make it rise upon us with security and faith, and with safety and Islam. My Lord and your Lord is Allah.'
