Chain of Narration (Isnad)
أَخْبَرَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ
Body (Matn)
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهِ عَنْهُ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" لَا تَقَدَّمُوا قَبْلَ رَمَضَانَ يَوْمًا، وَلَا يَوْمَيْنِ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ رَجُلًا كَانَ يَصُومُ صَوْمًا، فَلْيَصُمْهُ "
Isnad Chain
English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Do not precede Ramadan by fasting one or two days, unless a man has a habit of fasting, in which case he may continue his fast.'
