Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ ، وَسُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ خُثَيْمٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ و
َسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" لَيَبْعَثَنَّ اللَّهُ الْحَجَرَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ لَهُ عَيْنَانِ يُبْصِرُ بِهِمَا، وَلِسَانٌ يَنْطِقُ بِهِ، يَشْهَدُ عَلَى مَنْ اسْتَلَمَهُ بِحَقٍّ ". قَالَ سُلَيْمَانُ : لِمَنْ اسْتَلَمَهُ

English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ي said: 'The one in ihram must not wear a shirt, turban, trousers, a hooded garment, or khuffs, unless he cannot find sandals, in which case he may wear khuffs cut below the ankles.'
