Arabic Text
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ
عَدِيُّ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ : أَنْبَأَنِي، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ يَزِيدَ ، عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" جَمَعَ بَيْنَ الْمَغْرِبِ وَالْعِشَاءِ "يَعْنِي : بِجَمْعٍ

English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ي said: 'Mecca is not permissible to be conquered by war or by cutting its trees, except for the Messenger of Allah for one hour of a day. Today it has returned to its status of sanctity as it was yesterday, so let those who are present inform those who are absent.'
