The Book of Divorce

Arabic Text

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم خَيَّرَ نِسَاءَهُ فَلَمْ يَكُنْ طَلاَقًا‏.‏

English Translation

A'isha reported that Allah's Messenger ﷺ gave option to his wives, but it was not a divorce
