English Translation

Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us, Sharik narrated to us, from Abu 'Ulwan, who said: I heard Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) saying: Fifty prayers were made obligatory upon your Prophet ﷺ. He asked his Lord عز وجل and they were reduced to five. Then a caller proclaimed: 'O Muhammad, My word does not change. You will have fifty rewards for these five prayers.'
