حَدَّثَنَا الزُّبَيْرِيُّ وَأَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ أَسْلَمَتْ امْرَأَةٌ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّ
هِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَتَزَوَّجَتْ فَجَاءَ زَوْجُهَا الْأَوَّلُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي قَدْ أَسْلَمْتُ وَعَلِمَتْ إِسْلَامِي فَنَزَعَهَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ زَوْجِهَا الْآخِرِ وَرَدَّهَا عَلَى زَوْجِهَا الْأَوَّلِ

English Translation
Al-Zubayri and Aswad ibn 'Amir narrated to us, they said: Isra'il narrated to us, from Simak, from 'Ikrimah, from Ibn 'Abbas رضي الله عنهما who said: A woman accepted Islam during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, then she got married. Then her first husband came and said: 'O Messenger of Allah, I had accepted Islam, and she knew of my Islam.' So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ took her away from her second husband and returned her to her first husband.
