حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمٌ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ طَاوُسًا يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ أُمِرَ صَلَّى ا
للَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَسْجُدَ عَلَى سَبْعَةٍ قَالَ شُعْبَةُ وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى قَالَ أُمِرْتُ بِالسُّجُودِ وَأَنْ لَا أَكُفَّ شَعَرًا وَلَا ثَوْبًا

English Translation
Hashim narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Amr ibn Dinar who said: I heard Tawus narrating from Ibn 'Abbas رضي الله عنهما who said: He ﷺ was commanded to prostrate on seven body parts, and was forbidden from tucking up his hair or garments. [The seven are:] the forehead and nose, the two hands, the two knees, and the two feet.
