Hashim narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Amr ibn Dinar who said: I heard Tawus narrating from Ibn 'Abbas رضي الله عنهما who said: He ﷺ was commanded to prostrate on seven body parts, and was forbidden from tucking up his hair or garments. [The seven are:] the forehead and nose, the two hands, the two knees, and the two feet.
