حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ فَرُّوخَ حَدَّثَنِي حَبِيبٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَجُلًا يُصَلِّي فِي مَسْجِدِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى الل
َّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَكَانَ يُكَبِّرُ إِذَا سَجَدَ وَإِذَا رَفَعَ وَإِذَا خَفَضَ فَأَنْكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ فَذَكَرْتُهُ لِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فَقَالَ لَا أُمَّ لَكَ تِلْكَ صَلَاةُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ

English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) — via 'Ikrimah — that he said: 'I saw a man praying in the mosque of the Prophet ﷺ and he was making takbir when he prostrated, when he rose, and when he bowed. I disapproved of that and mentioned it to Ibn 'Abbas, who said: "Shame on you! That is the prayer of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ."'
