English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) — via Miqsam — that when the Prophet ﷺ departed from 'Arafat, the people pressed forward [on their mounts in haste]. the Prophet ﷺ commanded a caller who announced: 'O people, righteousness is not in driving horses and camels hard [in haste].' After that, I [Ibn 'Abbas] never saw it [a camel] raising its foreleg at a gallop.
