English Translation

It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) — via Muhammad ibn Sirin — that he said: 'We traveled with the Prophet ﷺ between Makkah and Madinah, safe and fearing nothing, and he prayed two rak'ahs [i.e., shortened the prayer while traveling even without fear].'
