English Translation

It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) — via 'Ikrimah — that Ibn 'Abbas said: 'the Messenger of Allah ﷺ recited [aloud] in [those prayers] in which he was commanded to recite, and was silent in [those] in which he was commanded to be silent. 'And your Lord is not forgetful [19:64].' And: 'There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah ﷺ an excellent pattern [33:21].''
