حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرّ
َحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَهُمْ أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذْنُكَ عَلَيَّ أَنْ تَرْفَعَ الْحِجَابَ وَأَنْ تَسْتَمِعَ سِوَادِي حَتَّى أَنْهَاكَ

English Translation
Mu'awiyah ibn 'Amr narrated to us, Za'idah narrated to us, al-Hasan ibn 'Ubaydullah narrated to us, from Ibrahim ibn Suwayd, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Yazid that 'Abdullah (ibn Mas'ud) رضي الله عنه told them that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say the takbir in every lowering and rising, and in sitting and standing. And Abu Bakr and 'Umar did the same.
