حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ أَخْبَرَنَا بَشِيرٌ أَبُو إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ سَيَّارٍ أَبِي الْحَكَمِ عَنْ طَارِقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ لَهُ يَا أَبَا
عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ تَسْلِيمُ الرَّجُلِ عَلَيْكَ فَقُلْتَ صَدَقَ اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ قَالَ فَقَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ السَّاعَةِ تَسْلِيمُ الْخَاصَّةِ وَتَفْشُو التِّجَارَةُ حَتَّى تُعِينَ الْمَرْأَةُ زَوْجَهَا عَلَى التِّجَارَةِ وَتُقْطَعُ الْأَرْحَامُ

English Translation
It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn Mas'ud (رضي الله عنه) — via Yahya ibn Adam, from Bashir Abu Isma'il, from Sayyar Abu al-Hakam, from Tariq — that [Tariq] said to him [Ibn Mas'ud]: 'O Abu 'Abd al-Rahman, a man greeted you with the salam and you said: Allah and His Messenger have spoken truly.' He replied: 'the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Before the Hour, the salam will be given only to specific acquaintances, trade will spread until a woman helps her husband in trade, and family ties will be cut.'
