وَإِنَّ مُحَمَّدًا صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ يَصْدُقُ حَتَّى يُكْتَبَ صِدِّيقًا وَيَكْذِبُ حَتَّى يُكْتَبَ كَذَّابًا
English Translation
It was narrated from 'Abdullah (رضي الله عنه) [continuation of the above narration] — and indeed Muhammad (ﷺ) said: 'A man keeps telling the truth until he is recorded [by Allah] as profoundly truthful [siddiq], and he keeps lying until he is recorded [by Allah] as a habitual liar.'
