حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِي مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ انْشَقَّ الْقَمَرُ وَنَحْنُ مَعَ ال
نَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمِنًي حَتَّى ذَهَبَتْ فِرْقَةٌ مِنْهُ خَلْفَ الْجَبَلِ قَالَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اشْهَدُوا

English Translation
It was narrated from 'Abdullah (رضي الله عنه) — via Abu Mu'awiya, from al-A'mash, from Ibrahim, from Abu Ma'mar — that he said: 'The moon split while we were with the Prophet ﷺ at Mina, until one piece of it went behind the mountain. the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Be witness!"'
