English Translation
Hushaym narrated to us, 'Ata' ibn al-Sa'ib informed us, from 'Abdullah ibn 'Ubayd ibn 'Umayr, that he heard his father say to Ibn 'Umar: Why do I not see you touching except these two corners — the Black Stone and the Yemeni Corner? Ibn 'Umar said: 'I do so because I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: Touching them expiates sins. And I heard him say: Whoever circumambulates this House seven times and counts it properly, it is equivalent to freeing a slave. And I heard him say: No man raises his foot nor places it down (during tawaf) except that ten good deeds are written for him, ten sins are erased, and he is raised ten degrees.'
