حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ أَخْبَرَنَا أَيُّوبُ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ الَّذِي يَجُرُّ ثَوْبَهُ مِنْ الْخُيَلَاءِ لَا يَنْظُرُ اللَّهُ إِلَ
Body (Matn)
يْهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ قَالَ نَافِعٌ فَأُنْبِئْتُ أَنَّ أُمَّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَتْ فَكَيْفَ بِنَا قَالَ شِبْرًا قَالَتْ إِذَنْ تَبْدُوَ أَقْدَامُنَا قَالَ ذِرَاعًا لَا تَزِدْنَ عَلَيْهِ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
Isma'il narrated to us, Ayyub informed us, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The one who drags his garment out of pride (arrogance), Allah will not look at him on the Day of Resurrection.'
