نِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَلْعَقُ أَصَابِعَهُ ثُمَّ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّكَ لَا تَدْرِي فِي أَيِّ طَعَامِكَ تَكُونُ الْبَرَكَةُ

English Translation

Muhammad ibn Fudayl narrated to us, Husayn narrated to us, from Mujahid, from Ibn 'Umar, that he used to lick his fingers and then say: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'You do not know in which part of your food the blessing (barakah) lies.'
