حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم

َ نَهَى عَنْ تَلَقِّي السِّلَعِ حَتَّى يُهْبَطَ بِهَا الْأَسْوَاقُ وَنَهَى عَنْ النَّجْشِ وَقَالَ لَا يَبِعْ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ

English Translation
'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, Malik narrated to us, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar, that the Prophet ﷺ forbade intercepting goods (before they reach the market) until they are brought down to the markets. And he forbade the practice of a city-dweller selling on behalf of a desert-dweller (najash).
