English Translation

Sufyan narrated to us, Ayyub — meaning Ibn Musa — narrated to us, from Nafi': I heard a man from Banu Salimah narrating to Ibn 'Umar that a slave girl of Ka'b ibn Malik was grazing sheep for him on (the mountain of) Sal'. A sheep was dying, so she slaughtered it with a stone. Ibn 'Umar said: Eat it — the Prophet ﷺ ordered eating it, or he allowed eating it.
