‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏يَحْيَى ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ‏ ‏حَدَّثَنِي ‏ ‏نَافِعٌ ‏ ‏عَنِ ‏ ‏ابْنِ عُمَرَ ‏ ‏عَنْ النَّبِيِّ ‏ ‏صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ‏ ‏لَا تُسَافِرْ الْمَرْأَةُ ثَلَاثًا إِلَّا وَمَعَهَا ذُو ‏ ‏مَحْرَمٍ ‏

English Translation

Yahya narrated to us, from 'Ubayd Allah, Nafi' narrated to me, from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما), from the Prophet ﷺ: 'A woman should not travel for three [days] except with a mahram [male guardian whom she cannot marry].'
