English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via Yahya, from 'Ubayd Allah, from Nafi' — from the Prophet ﷺ — that he said: 'The one who holds fast to the Quran is like the owner of a hobbled camel — if its owner keeps it hobbled, it stays; if he releases it, it goes away.'
