حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ

عَنِ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ تَرَكَ الْعَصْرَ مُتَعَمِّدًا حَتَّى تَغْرُبَ الشَّمْسُ فَكَأَنَّمَا وُتِرَ أَهْلَهُ وَمَالَهُ

English Translation

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via Yazid ibn Harun, from Hajjaj, from Nafi' — that he said: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: "Whoever intentionally misses the 'Asr prayer until the sun has set — it is as if he has been despoiled of his family and wealth."'
