English Translation
It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via Mu'adh, from 'Asim ibn Muhammad, from his father — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'This matter [of leadership] will remain with Quraysh as long as there remain even two people.' He said: and he moved his two fingers, twisting them together.
