English Translation

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via Yazid, from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, from Nafi' — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade two people from speaking privately to the exclusion of a third when there is no one else with them. He [Ibn 'Umar] said: And the Prophet ﷺ forbade a man from taking another's seat [during his absence] — and said: 'When he returns, he has more right to it.'
