حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ

جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ قَالَ لِي نَافِعٌ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ يُقْتَلُ مِنْ الدَّوَابِّ خَمْسٌ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَى مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ فِي قَتْلِهِنَّ الْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ

English Translation

It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via Muhammad ibn Bakr, from Ibn Jurayj, from Nafi' — that he said: 'I heard the Prophet ﷺ say: \"There are five living creatures for which there is no sin on the one who kills them: the crow, the kite, the scorpion, the vicious dog, and the mouse.\"'
