‏ ‏قَالَ ‏ ‏وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ‏ ‏صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ‏ ‏يَعْنِي ‏ ‏خَمْسٌ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ وَهُوَ حَرَامٌ أَنْ يَقْتُلَهُنَّ الْحَيَّةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ ‏ ‏الْعَقُورُ ‏ ‏وَالْحِدَأَةُ ‏

English Translation

And the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said — meaning: 'Five creatures, there is no sin on a person who is in ihram if he kills them: the snake, the scorpion, the mouse, the vicious dog, and the kite [bird of prey].'
