حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَعْشَرٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ مَرَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْه
ِ وَسَلَّمَ بِطَعَامٍ وَقَدْ حَسَّنَهُ صَاحِبُهُ فَأَدْخَلَ يَدَهُ فِيهِ فَإِذَا طَعَامٌ رَدِيءٌ فَقَالَ بِعْ هَذَا عَلَى حِدَةٍ وَهَذَا عَلَى حِدَةٍ فَمَنْ غَشَّنَا فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا

English Translation
Khalaf ibn al-Walid narrated to us, Abu Ma'shar narrated to us, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ passed by some food that its owner had made to look good. He put his hand into it and found wetness beneath the surface. He said: 'Whoever cheats us is not from us.'
