حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ سَمِعْتُ ابْ

نَ عُمَرَ يُحَدِّثُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ خَمْسٌ لَيْسَ عَلَى حَرَامٍ جُنَاحٌ فِي قَتْلِهِنَّ الْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْغُرَابُ وَالْحُدَيَّا وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْحَيَّةُ

English Translation

Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Abdullah ibn Dinar, I heard Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) narrating that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Five creatures — there is no sin upon a person in ihram who kills them: the snake, the scorpion, the mouse, the kite, and the vicious dog.'
