‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏سُفْيَانَ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ ‏ ‏سَمِعْتُ ‏ ‏ابْنَ عُمَرَ ‏ ‏يَقُولُ ‏ ‏نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ‏ ‏صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ‏ ‏أَنْ تُبَاعَ الثَّمَرَةُ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا ‏

English Translation

'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Sufyan, from 'Abdullah ibn Dinar, I heard Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) say: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade selling fruits until their ripeness becomes apparent. He forbade both the seller and the buyer.
