‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏يَحْيَى ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ‏ ‏حَدَّثَنِي ‏ ‏نَافِعٌ ‏ ‏عَنِ ‏ ‏ابْنِ عُمَرَ ‏ ‏أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ‏ ‏صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ‏ ‏لَاعَنَ بَيْنَ رَجُلٍ وَامْرَأَتِهِ مِنْ ‏ ‏الْأَنْصَارِ ‏ ‏وَفَرَّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا ‏

English Translation

Yahya narrated to us, from 'Ubayd Allah, Nafi' narrated to me, from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed the mutual imprecation [li'an] between a man and his wife from among the Ansar, and separated them. He attributed the child to the mother.
