It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via Waki', from Isra'il, from Abu Ishaq, from Mujahid — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ recited, in the two rak'as before Fajr and the two rak'as after Maghrib — more than twenty times — or more than ten times — [Surah] 'Say: O you disbelievers' [109] and 'Say: He is Allah, One' [112].
