حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَأَى فِي بَعْضِ مَغَازِيهِ امْرَأَةً مَقْتُولَةً فَأَنْكَرَ ذَلِكَ وَنَهَى عَنْ قَتْلِ النِّسَاءِ وَالصِّبْيَانِ
English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via Ishaq ibn Sulayman, from Malik, from Nafi' — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saw a slain woman in one of his military expeditions. He disapproved of this and forbade the killing of women and children.
